To construct a 112-seat theater to house LCT3, Lincoln Center Theater’s initiative to support new artists and attract new audiences. Each year, the theater produces a season of new plays and musicals. Lincoln Center Theater opened the Claire Tow Theater in June 2012 as an arena where early-career artists can hone their skills and use their experience as a stepping-stone to work in LCT’s larger venues. In order to encourage attendance by a younger, more diverse audience, all tickets to LCT3 productions in the Claire Tow Theater are initially priced at $20 and $30.
