Noman Tariq joined The Tow Foundation in 2025 and serves as its Systems Administrator. In this role, he is responsible for managing and optimizing the Foundation’s core platforms, including Salesforce and related systems that support operations.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Noman worked as a business systems manager at Hodes Weill & Associates, where he led Salesforce administration and system optimization efforts to enhance firm-wide productivity. He has a background in systems administration and CRM management across both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on automation, user support, and process improvement.

In his free time, Noman enjoys spending time with his children and exploring the outdoors through walks and other activities that keep him energized and grounded.

He is a certified Salesforce Administrator and holds a postgraduate diploma in business management from the London School of Business & Computing.
