The Tow Foundation is pleased to announce that Victoria Vilaysane has joined its team as executive assistant to the president and chairman. Prior to joining the foundation, Victoria has served as a dedicated assistant for over 12 years, focusing on C-suite administrative and financial support.
Victoria is responsible for providing the Foundation’s president, chairman, and Board of Trustees with administrative, project management and logistical support. In her role, she helps ensure the efficacy and efficiency of the Foundation’s critical business and decision-making. Victoria has been a volunteer of Make-A-Wish Connecticut since 2012, and a supporter of local and national animal rescues and shelters.
Victoria earned an A.A in Office Administration and Communications from Gibbs College and a B.A. in Business Administration from University of Connecticut (UConn). She is currently working towards obtaining a master’s degree.
