Johany Bedon joined The Tow Foundation in 2025 as Program Lead. Johany brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector to her work, serving in communications, development, and operations roles for Forge City Works and Center for Children’s Advocacy, among others.
As Program Lead, Johany manages a portfolio of grantees across the Foundation’s five impact areas and contributes to strategy and learning to support both grantee organizations and advance the Foundation’s mission. She is committed to fostering collaboration, building strong partnerships, and supporting community-driven impact.
