WGBH is America’s preeminent public broadcaster, producing such celebrated national PBS series as FRONTLINE, a television program that sets the gold standard for thoughtful reporting and hard-hitting watchdog journalism. In 2015, The Tow Foundation funded a FRONTLINE fellowship for a Columbia Journalism School graduate. In 2018, the Foundation added another for a graduate of the CUNY Newmark Graduate School of Journalism. The FRONTLINE Columbia and CUNY Journalism Fellowships will act as a launching pad for fellows’ careers, as they are exposed to countless opportunities for learning, exploration and growth under the mentorship of the FRONTLINE team.
