David Tobias joined The Tow Foundation Board of Directors in 2013 and has served as the Board’s assistant treasurer since 2020. Outside of his work with the Foundation, David brings over 28 years of experience as a financial consultant to his role as a partner with the Spooner Group at Morgan Stanley.
Prior to his work in finance, David practiced architecture and spent three years as the director of education at the Boston Architectural College. Deeply involved in his local Boston community, he has served as a board member or overseer at The North Benett Street School, The Newton Historical Society, The American Institute of Architects Massachusetts, and The Westport Historical Society.
