Jessie Mirambeaux joined The Tow Foundation in August 2021 and currently serves as its operations associate. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jessie was the assistant manager for two Texas Chili restaurants located in Westchester County, NY.
In her role, Jessie partners with the director of operations on administration, project management and logistical support. Jessie also maintains the integrity and organization of Foundation records. She enjoys working closely with internal and external partners to ensure objectives are clear and that everyone has the tools they need to be efficient.
Outside of work, Jessie conducts psychology research at Manhattan College on topics including the impact of exercise on motivation, how self-esteem affects a person’s desire to get tattoos, and academic study habits.
Jessie graduated from Manhattan College in May 2020 with a B.A. in psychology and political science.
